Working procedure:
Empty pen-feeding -- Quantitive filling -- Brush placing -- Cap placing and pressing.
Features:
1. Tube feeding method: The tube is to be fed by an automatic feeder and transported to the host.the high degree of automation.
2. Bottle inspection: The photoelectric sensor detects whether there is an empty bottle on the main turntable, and sends the detection signal to the control computer to control the filling of the bottle. No bottle, no filling.
3. Filling function: If a bottle is detected in the front, the PLC controls the filling nozzle into the bottle for quantitative filling.
4. Brush plug mechanism: The brush is automatically sorted by the vibrating bowl, and the brush is pressed into the bottle mouth by a mechanical swing arm structure.
5. Cover mechanism: the cover is automatically sorted and put into the track then press by a mechanical arm.
6. Discharge of the bottle: after the step of completing the capping is mechanically ejected.
